Full-Time Administrative assistant needed to work at plumbing business. 8 Hour Shift Monday - Friday. No weekends! Offices in Pitman, NJ

Responsibilities
  • Schedule Plumbing Appointments Using Jobber Platform
  • Make Outbound Calls to Book, Confirm and Survey Upcoming or Completed Appointments
  • Oversee work flow for each job
  • Work One-On-One with Our Bookkeeper
  • Manage Customer Concerns and Work to Resolve them Efficiently
  • Oversee Permit Process for Jobs
  • Manage Technician's Schedules and Re-Route When Needed
  • Office Hours are Monday-Friday 7:30AM - 4:00 PM
  • Work Closely with Company Owners to Ensure Good Communication
Qualifications
  • High Scholl diploma or GED
  • Self-Starter
  • Friendly Attitude
  • Honesty and Integrity
  • Customer Service and Phone Skills
  • Critical Thinking & Problem Solving
  • Organized and Detail Oriented
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
