Full-Time Administrative assistant needed to work at plumbing business. 8 Hour Shift Monday - Friday. No weekends! Offices in Pitman, NJ
Responsibilities
- Schedule Plumbing Appointments Using Jobber Platform
- Make Outbound Calls to Book, Confirm and Survey Upcoming or Completed Appointments
- Oversee work flow for each job
- Work One-On-One with Our Bookkeeper
- Manage Customer Concerns and Work to Resolve them Efficiently
- Oversee Permit Process for Jobs
- Manage Technician's Schedules and Re-Route When Needed
- Office Hours are Monday-Friday 7:30AM - 4:00 PM
- Work Closely with Company Owners to Ensure Good Communication
Qualifications
- High Scholl diploma or GED
- Self-Starter
- Friendly Attitude
- Honesty and Integrity
- Customer Service and Phone Skills
- Critical Thinking & Problem Solving
- Organized and Detail Oriented
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
