We wanted to get both our exterior hose bibs fixed/replaced. David came out and listened to our concerns. He was very cordial and professional. Once we discussed what the issues were, we walked to both areas so he could see first hand what the problems were. He than thoroughly explained what our options were. He replaced one hose bib and some piping along with replacing some washers on the second hose bib. Pricing was reasonable and the best part was that he was able to fix them on the spot in about an hour!
I called Maffet this morning about a leaky toilet and within a couple of hours they were at my door. David came in and quickly diagnosed the problem, went over pricing with me and explained everything in detail and fixed it on the spot. He was the most courteous, professional plumber I have ever met and he did a great job on the work. I would highly recommend Maffet and they have definitely become my go to for any plumbing needs!

I purchased a new dishwasher but it wasn’t draining. A plumber was sent out that day. He was able to find the source of the problem: a kinked hose and material in the garbage disposal that needed clearing out.He was very professional and helpful.

Our sump pump stopped working during a storm and we had water in the basement. Maffet was able to come out first thing in the morning and installed a new sump pump for us. The response was quick, the service was great, and price was reasonable!

We had a new gas range installed and my wife found there was a gas leak. In addition, the gas pipe did not align with the back of the range so we needed to relocate the pipe. The delivery company said they couldn't get out for at least a week. I had a Maffet business card I picked up at a plumbing supply in Woodbury and once I confirmed their reputation and that they handled gas pipes, I called and they sent David and Rich the next day. They worked quickly, got the pipe moved and had us up and running with no leaks.

I just ad a hot water heater installed and the guys were great. I had been trying to find a plumber to do the job for 5 days and we didn’t have hot water the whole time. The guys from Maffet came out and quoted me within an hour of the inquiry and had it installed a few hours later. I immediately trusted this company specifically because of the techs sent out to my home. I didn’t catch his name but the main guy helping me tried reading error codes and explained everything in detail with me. Most importantly he never made me feel obligated to go with them. In fact he had specifically told me several times that if I needed some time to think about it or shop around that it was perfectly okay and that alone was a selling point for me!

Excellent job, arrived in 10 minutes, first floor toilet overflowing due to exterior pipe clog, they diagnosed quickly after videoing exterior pipe, ran the snake 60’ in clearing all debri saving the day. Unfortunately American water wouldn’t cover their bill but it was worth the cost since their approved contractor couldn’t come for 4 hours
