John and Dave came out and fixed three of my toilets that had issues. They were professional, and when Dave gave me the quote, he did a great job at explaining everything to me. I had them come and do the job while I was out if the house, and everything was so clean and in order when I got home, that I wasn’t even sure they’d been there until I saw that all the toilets were fixed!

These guys are absolutely awesome! They were so knowledgeable and personable. We had a clog in our pipes and they came out the next day, no questioned asked and got the job done. They gained 4 new customers for sure. Thanks again guys!!

Aaron answered the phone when i called, which was a change from most services. John arrived early within the 1-4 PM time window. He listened to my needs and gave me a few choices on possible solutions (problem with an outside faucet both outside and inside access for winter shut-off.) He gave me two price estimates depending on what I wanted done and was willing to pay. He was very personable and kept me informed during the job. I'd definitely use Maffet again (and have once previously.)

My landscaper hired Maffet Plumbing to run the lines from inside the house to the outside for a new sprinkler system to our lawn. I was glad he did because their professionalism and craftsmanship were excellent. David first came by and did a complete review of what work needed to be done. He fully explained what was needed and answered all of my questions. Then Aaron, the owner, promptly called me to confirm everything and scheduled to work in a timely manner. David returned on time. He took necessary precautions to keep the area clean. The supplies used were quality grade. While I don't know much about plumbing, his craftsmanship was impressive. He completed the work in good time and fully explained all he did. I recommend Maffet's services and I will be calling them the next time I need plumbing work done at our home.

Had to call Maffett Plumbing for a job at my mom’s house to get her downstairs shower faucet taken care of, and honestly… they crushed it. Yeah, they’re not the cheapest company on earth — but you know what? You get what you pay for, and these guys proved it. On top of that, they still came in cheaper than quite a few other quotes I got, so it wasn’t even one of those “pay a fortune because you’re stuck” situations. The pricing was fair for the level of work and professionalism we got. The biggest thing for me? They came out the very next day. No weeks-long wait, no “we’ll pencil you in sometime in the year 2047,” no runaround. Just quick scheduling and boom — problem handled. And the work itself was done the right way. The plumber had access to the pipes, but in order to do the repair properly, they did need to make the opening a little bigger than what was already there. But it wasn’t some sloppy hack job — it was clean, controlled, and clearly done with a purpose so the fix could be done correctly and not half-assed. When it was all said and done, the faucet was fixed, everything worked perfectly, and here’s the part that really impressed me: not a speck of dust, dirt, or debris anywhere. Like… suspiciously clean. The kind of clean where you start wondering if they brought a tiny invisible maid crew with them. Bottom line: they showed up fast, did the job right, were professional the whole time, and left the place cleaner than they found it. If you need plumbing work done and you want it handled by people who actually know what they’re doing, Maffett Plumbing is the real deal.

This company is amazing. I can’t recommend them enough. Before hiring them I called several plumbers in the area, all of which claiming to offer emergency services, and none of them responded to my call. Aaron, on the other hand, responded to my call within the hour, explained the likely issue, and provided a clear and fair estimate. In the end, Dave and Chris were the two employees that fixed my broken sewer line, and did so in the most professional and friendly manner. I had a pipe leak under my slab foundation that required hammering through the slab and digging down to the pipe. David and Rich did a great job using care to the tile floor and surrounding area. They fixed the pipe and cleaned the area. The owner, Aaron, was also very responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Aaron sent someone out right away to.look at our leaky toilet. We were given three options. We selected the one tat we worked best for us and John came out.
